Nice to see the Thor2 1/3 slip again. It was one of my favourites.

I still think the Korean release with the PET slip was the best of the "normal" releases. I can't post a picture because I sold mine a long time ago, but it looks like the Kimchi Lenti one.

Worth tracking down if you don't already have it.

These arrived over the last couple of days. Oblivion was through the Group Buy here. Decided I regretted not picking up the Midway lenticular (alongside the FS I already got), so placed an order for that and Independence Day through Kimchi's website.

I'm very pleased to once more have the opportunity to share with you, pics of some of my most recent acquisitions.

Nothing of great drama but beloved editions all the same;

- Pitch Black; Arrow, a vast array of extras was assuredly the key selling point to me. I of course eagerly look forward to the forthcoming FAC ed as well!

- Bride With White Hair (1 & 2); via Nova, Lenti. I've had the 1st film, from WellGo, for some time but it's nice to have both fliks together.

- Midway; via Kimchi, Lenti. I personally prefer the 1976 release but this one is better than I thought it would be. Glad I purchased.

- Ashes Of Time (Redux); the revision of the original, by the Director, Kar-Wai Wong. Some are happy, some not. My 1st experience so I've yet to determine.

- Jurassic World;  Full Set, Steel. 4th time I've bought this as I keep giving them as gifts, heh. Might even take the time to watch this one. 😉

- My Bloody Valentine; Steel. I honestly don't even have a good reason to explain why I bought this. Seemed like a good idea at the time...?

Here are my pickups from the past week.

 

Received HDZ's Wizard of Oz courtesy of MP. It seems some are disappointed with the release, but I'm definitely pleased with it. In addition, Plain Archive makes its debut in my collection and I'm impressed with the quality of these two releases. I didn't even know I, Tonya had a physical release until recently and the glitter effect on the slip is a nice touch. I'm also a fan of the glow elements on the Zero Dark Thirty slip. Please excuse the blurry photos - I couldn't get the stupid camera to focus for some reason 🤔

 

Finally, my weakness is on display in grand fashion as I finally cracked and splurged on HDZ's Wonder Woman. Those who said it's a great release were not fooling around - I'm very happy with it. With that said, you probably won't see me posting in this thread for a while so that my wallet can recover 😳
