As for Eternals, it wasn’t 10-12 new characters, it was 10 Original characters from the 70’s. 😁🤭 This movie was destined for bad reviews after Infinity War & End Game because people weren’t invested in it. But if you watch it without over thinking all that had gone before, then it’s not a bad movie at all. It’s just not following the trend of its predecessors (IMO). Much like the first Thor before this, it’s setting a back drop before the masses that have bad mouthed it wind up loving the story arc and characters in it. Again… IMO. 😊👍🏼

 

 

I didn’t think it was awful either. It was LONG to me and there was a ton going on, but I remember walking out of the theater having enjoyed it. I think it’s time for a rewatch.

Scratches? Mine didn't have any scratches. It had some really cool hyperspace lines though.

I came away from it thinking that it was clear that they went with a visionary director in Chloe Zhao, who IMO was looking to take what would have essentially been another superhero movie, and turn it into Love story of sorts whilst tackling issues such as diversity and religion. 
 

I used Thor as an example as they went with Kenneth Branagh and took an almost Shakespearean approach. It wasn’t a popular movie compared to Iron Man and Captain America, but as the story arc grows Thor has become one of the most popular characters. I’m sure the same will happen with some of the Eternals.

Believe me, I was livid with all the gloss defects. It's what left a bitter taste in my mouth about that company. Coupled with the poor customer service, I cancelled all my orders after episode 3 was released. What was a blessing in disguise was that I discovered premium sets and this community.

Hi guys, this is John from Manta Lab. I hope everyone is well and ready for the holidays soon. This year is Manta Lab's 7th Anniversary and we want to thank our collectors for the success of this business. Every year we thought about making unique items that we could give away as anniversary gifts and we've finally made something this time.

We decided to make the steelbook frame that our collectors could display their Manta's (or your favorite retailer's) grail steelbook on the wall. It has magnet backings to hold the steelbook and the metal plate. The idea came from looking at platinum record frames that artists have in their studios and we hope our collectors could have fun hanging their favorite grail steelbook on the wall. Metal plate is one of the prototypes and final product will have less yellow and glossy finish. 

You will be able to get the first frame as our anniversary gift from our retailers (shipping excluded) and if you would like to purchase more, it will be available for sale later. We are thinking about different plate ideas so that our collectors can swap the existing plate to create new looks with the frame in the future.

That’s awesome, I always liked the Zavvi ones and was sad when they were discontinued. This is going to be a great alternative!

 

Edit: I’m not to sure about the plaque with Grail on it though, seems to make the frame unnecessarily bigger..

Dear Customers,
Happy CNY everyone! We are happy to announce the 2023 exclusive steelbook releases (Tentative). All releases from the list are not guaranteed. 2022 releases that were not released in 2022 may not release in 2023 due to issues from our distributor.
At the moment, we are still waiting for the Dune Premiums that are very long due but when CNY holidays finish with factories, they should begin producing the premiums again. We sincerely apologise for the delay with the premiums and we hope to send them out as soon as possible.
