Now I got time to make some pics of the insane Secret Santa package I received from my this year Secret Santa...

First I had to inspect the package itself. Never seen such a well packed parcel with nearly all features a parcel can have:

1. completely wrapped with adhesive tape. That means 100% water resistant and my tip is: it can swim ! (details see point no.3)
2. nearly bulletproof. After making my way through the tape and opening the package I found thick layers of cardboard, almost approaching steel in stability !
3. On top: tons of foam and bubblefoil. My tip: the balance between tape, cardboard and bubblefoil makes this package swimable ! 😄

 

And in the end...I never tried to believe the slogan: "The French are the createur d'automobile" I must say: "The French are definitely the creator of 100% packaging". 👍😉😎 If the plane would crash during transport flight, they will rescue the pilots, the blackbox and this package. 😁👍

 

But back to content Tom has chosen for me as Secret Santa gifts. We wrote several emails to get to know each other a little bit more and so Tom found out that I like to eat mustard.

So I got this one:

 

I asked Tom a special question regarding vegetables in cans. Why ? I like to eat Ratatouille. In our supermarket called "Rewe" I found Ratatouille in cans from "Bonduelle" and now they were gone...OOS...like a Filmarena release. 😵😳😄

So I aked him if he can look in his supermarket for it. The result: I got two superb cans of french Ratatouille !!! That will be the best delicious vegetable meal I can have together with my parents. That is the gift where I laughed most and also was impressed, glad and happy. I like these "little" gifts with are not expensive but worth a lot. Hope you know what I want to say...

 

OK, I eat a lot more... 😁so also some sweets went into the package:

 

I'm curious about the "nougat". Perhaps some of the german members can help me or can say if this one is comparable with the known sweet "Türkischer Honig" ?!?

Well, in the end it will taste delicious, I'm sure. 😃 And If I look at me and my figure...okay...what figure ? ...it will be super tasty! 👍

 

And it's also no secret anymoe that I like the Minions and Star Wars. So Tom made a very cool choice for these topics.

And perfect fitting to my Minion poster in the living room...I got a little Minion with "glow in the dark" effect. I have to check this this evening/night and make an additional pic. 😎

 

And...of course...as we are Movie collectors, some movies made their way into the package. So I got a cool steelbook from "Inception" which I did not know and it has also german language on board. yes ! Next one was "Luca". Funny thing about this one is that Tom didnt know that I gifted my "Luca" Amaray to my brother for christmas because Zavvi delivery was delayed or better say seems to be lost. So my brother got "Luca" for christmas and me also. 😃😇

 

 

And last but not least...Tom, I say it again: "You are insane !"

I got the Zavvi "Rise of Skywalker" Special Edition Box.

 

I again say "THANK YOU", Tom ! Well done, I'm 10.000% happy ! 😇😃👍

I apologize about the delay in posting everyone!  It's been a little nuts in the AndroiDad household...

 

First, I want to thank @Masterblaster for allowing this.  Secondly, I'd like to thank @R1s1ngs0n for running this, and lastly I'd like to thank my very generous Secret Santa @Grendel!

 

@Grendel, thank you so much for the very generous gifts.  I apologize in advance everyone!  I like showing stuff off, even if I am not a great photographer, so be warned, this will be picture heavy... 😍

 

First up:  A wonderful sweet treat from Canada.  This couldn't have shown up at a better time.  I don't drink coffee, as I have always gotten my caffeine fix from Mt. Dew, so the only hot drink I have is... Hot Chocolate.  It's also something my youngest and I love sharing together.  Well, we had used up our last of the packets and I didn't know, so on Christmas Morning we had no Hot Chocolate... that is until I opened this wonderful present!  There's also some great jam in here that I can't wait to spread over anything I possibly can.

 

NOTE:  @Grendel, I realized as I came up to type this out that your Michigan "snacks" are still sitting here.  I forgot to load them in the box when I was packing...  I'll make sure to get them to you sometime soon.

 

Next Groupings Are:  Anime!!!  Grendel and I talked a lot about my boys getting into Anime and some potential shows we could share together.  Well, not only did he give great advice, he then sent along some shows to "get us started"!  @Grendel, thank you so much my friend!  My son's were all thrilled to see what was in the box...
