Clicking direct as a shipping option just means your request will be shipped direct from the retailer.  That doesn’t have anything to do with getting the homage edition exclusively via collectong’s website.   
 

if you want HUB shipping you can still change.

I think I’m still missing something.  All I’m saying is could have - and still can - request HUB regardless of the comic edition.

Personally while I'm dismayed I have to try my luck with their site's pre-orders to get this edition, I totally get the idea from a marketing perspective and they are far from the only Premium retailer to have experimented with something like this.

 

They still have my support and, in particular, I'm excited by the possibilities the CP line has to offer.
