I went for the HMV first edition for this, which was a nice little premium set (and replaced the amaray with the steelbook.
So that makes it a really nice modified premium set.
But may have to double dip on this one..
Definitely in for this Kimchi release

PRESENTS
YEAR ONE
One year ago today (5/2/19) I joined this Community! I joined with hesitation & caution because I wasn’t familiar with the process of joining Group Buys to acquire Premium releases. See at that time I had been purchasing most of my copies off EBay with the exception of a few releases, & I had been doing that for so long that I had just accepted that as the method to get what I wanted.
This place as it was explained to me by my best friend @Kingd1127 sounded like a SHAM, a FANTASY, something that was to good to be true & I was sure that him & myself was going to be hustled out of our money.
As soon as I joined I was welcomed with warm, & big greetings, which took me aback, because I’m no stranger to being apart of an online community & usually when you first join you are lucky to get just the one greeting.
Here I got several, & I began to comb through the site learning & understanding how everything works around here, & as I navigated through all the neighborhoods I soon realized that I had never been anywhere on the internet quite like this place.
A week worth of traveling & I had only seen one comment that could be considered kinda negative, & even then that comment was nothing compared to what I had experienced before elsewhere.
I thought to myself “this place has no toxicity! These people are only on here because of the joys of collecting! I’m HOME!”
Once I realized that this place was special I started joining Group Buys, & as a new member I joined 19 Group Buys paying a total of $530 in deposits (all of which has been refunded)! Now a whole year later I’m happy to say that I’ve had about 70 successful Group Buy transactions completed!
Friends
Of course the longer you spend traveling through the site eventually you begin to make friends
@Veum @Basil @Scary Hair @R1s1ngs0n @Trianna @capricornio34232 @extantsrevenge @Pbsw23 @RAK @Robertm89 @Grendel @Limited Edition @Casiusco @deckard99 @CAYENNE-FAHRER @romain @Ehsan
All of you are my Year One friends! No matter if we agree or disagree on topics it has been nothing but a pleasure hanging out with you all on here. Reading you all’s comments keeps me entertained, informed, & I appreciate having you guys be apart of my ever growing circle of friends.
Media Psychos GUARDIAN
October 16, 2019 I got a private message asking if I would like to be a Guardian. I still have this private message saved. I was more excited about the offer than I was when I received my first premium through a Group Buy!
Considering that I wasn’t a veteran member I was extremely honored to be trusted to represent the site. It is a position I enjoy having & it’s a position I take seriously. Remember if any one of you need me for something don’t ever hesitate to tag me, I’m truly happy to help wherever I can.
My Appreciation
@Scary Hair @DodgyDave @ksosk @DParadigm @Count Dantes @Berserk3429 @R1s1ngs0n @Trianna @airwins @icewire @thomue1987 @deckard99 @ukade2327 @forenhase @BobaFett1974 @Benoit46 @Veum @romeroland @extantsrevenge @cypheria078
You wonderful people donate your time & energy to making sure this place is the greatest spot on the internet. You have family, friends, & other hobbies to tend to & yet you still put great effort into this site. Your work does not go unnoticed from me! I can’t Thank You enough!
Special thanks goes out to you for my year one & year two banners! Wonderful work, & I’m glad you are apart of this community making it special with your creative touch.
YEAR ONE
There is a few of you who I haven’t gotten to fully meet yet, but I do notice that you give my comments a positive reaction. I just want to Thank You because I do love a bit of attention from time to time. Your reactions validate to me that someone read my comments & got something from them, your gesture is very much welcomed, & I know in time we will be more acquainted!
Of course John I thank & appreciate you, for creating the site, for your drive to keep the site going because I know it isn’t a easy task, for your insight to assemble the team we have here, for trusting me to be apart of said team, & for just being a overall decent human being. You are the first layer to the strong foundation that makes up this community & if not for you being a good human being this place would be no different from the other forums that exist on the internet.
Here’s to Year One & here’s to me celebrating more anniversaries to come, I Love This Site, May it last forever!!!
Wow thanks buddy, privileged to have been mentioned. You are most kind.
I could sense the emotion in your message there buddy, but I totally get it. I am sure most of us feel the same way, but never had the spirit to say it. It's admirable the way you put in the time, effort and thought in your message, acknowledging people at a personal level. That is a beautiful thing.
I also joined in April last year. And it's been an amazing experience. We have a shared history in that we are all passionate and psycho about films, we are all collectors , and I was also received most warmly, which made me feel at home.
At some point, it would be good to put face to names, as friendships become closer and more personal, but maybe not everyone will be comfortable with that.
It's great to read people's messages here, I can almost form a personality on people as they express their views and how they write (film tastes etc). I'm already in love with @Scary Hair lol 😂
Hoping you have a long and rewarding relationship with MP. As an acknowledgement in return, thank you for your contribution. MP would be poorer without it.

^^ I am a HUGE fan of Wyrmwood!!!
Thanks very much @Scary Hair for remembering to mention this gem!
A little Oz project that the Creator/Director fought a daunting set of hurdles to get made.
In fact, the "Making Of" doc on the disc was as entertaining as the film, imho.
I love it when plans succeed like that.
The flik itself struck me as a little bit of a cross betwixt The Road Warrior" and "28 Weeks Later".
A lot of grusome antics, an underlying humour and great scenes.
Yes, the plot could have been tighter but this wasn't a tried and true franchise (yet, wink).
Highly Recommended. 🤩
You really owe it to yourself to purchase this @Ehsan... asap...🙂
Wow, I normally watch a film before purchasing it, but I'm getting overwhelming recommendations from both @Scary Hair and yourselves, so it must be good.
The one surprise is how come I never came across this before? Is it my ignorance, or did this one really slip under the mainstream radar?

@Ehsan any stand out Zomnom that you can recommend while we wait
Haha will definitely wait for the PA version, any idea of the timescale?
I can recommend but probably not any you've not seen already. Usual suspects...

@Hollywood E Rock thanks for getting back
Awesome buddy, loving the pics 👍
God never realised Bullock was such a babe
My eyes popped out, hit the floor, (almost got eaten by the cat) bounced back up again, rickashayed against my crotch, and just about fell into place again
I'm dazed!

Give it a go when you can Honey .
It is an out and out Masterpiece . To say its 20 + years old it has aged VERY WELL indeed .
Not one bit of it can I pull apart for being naff .
Keep the kiddie winkies away its not kid friendly AT ALL .
ALSO Cracking sound track . Strange that the Group only ever did one CD would have liked to have heard more from them Gravity kills Same name for the Group and Album CD thing . Quite rock based .
It's definitely one I would like to watch
The lockdown has given me some time to tick off a bucket list of films I've been wanting to see.. (funnily enough, this was on the list)..

Interesting .. Quite a few:
Indiana Jones tanker falling off the cliff in The Last Crusade, then clinging and rising up as Jones senior was mourning
Marty Mcfly jumping off Biff tower in BTTF 2, and being rescued by Doc and the Delorean
Agent J's time jump in MIB 3 was a genius concept
Roger Moore's "so does England" Union Jack parachute jump in the opening sequence of Spy Who Loved Me
AND
THE BEST JUMP OF ALL.... is jumping on a GB on MP for your favourite films 😄🤣🤪

It will have to be, warewolves... (be it American ones in London or Paris)
Because being the casanova I am, I will always be out on a romantic date on a moonlit night..🥰
With that consequence, I am always likely to be at the right place at the right time, to calm the warewolf down..
(I tend to go out with Jenny Agutter lookalikes, so that will also help 😉

Hi guys,
Politics is always sensitive because there will always be supporters of each side - and there is no right or wrong side.
Just like how we are so gentlemanly about agree-disagree about films or premium editions we love/dislike.
Let's not provoke each other, please.
Finally, someone with a voice of reason

Oh yes baby.
One of my all time fav Harrison Ford films. I first saw it on TV (must have been in the late 80s) , I wasn't meant to see it.. saw it by accident (pretty sure I was under age lol).
I remembered two scenes for ages.. (1) One of the Amish boy jumping on the lavatory when witnessing the crime and (2) a great pair of knockers when Harrison was peeping Tom on that Amish woman (man, that scene had an affect 😍
Damn, come to think of it.. Any premium edition of this..? 🤔
