Well, it was a blind buy. I know there are quite a few like myself who are pretty disappointed with this one.

Your issue is the cover art, which is fixed.

UC is actually kind enough to make a special change for just copies coming to Media Psychos, but I can't announce the actual change yet.

 

However, this has nothing to do with the companion items in the release, I feel.

If the cover is something you like, but this release has only the same booklet you get from all other editions in the market, would you have complained too?

 

But I am quite sure you wouldn't have a problem selling this item sealed and at cost later 👍

Well, that would be great. First I am hearing about a possible change....

I have no issues with things directely realated to the films. (Booklet inside). I just don't care much for things like Mugs and stationary. (Remember the FA John Wick shoebox that came with all that?). 

UHD Club have been on fire lately, so maybe the change you speak of will be a great improvement.

i hope the final product is nice, and I don't flip stuff, so.... - But, if anyone wants a Jaws coin.....😜

It will be the same art but a lenticular to remove the lady during transitioning. That is all.

Any one or all of the following would've worked:

 

- A shark tooth replica the size of a shot glass.

- An anti-shark cage casing for the box.

- A key ring with three yellow barrels.

Am I reading this correctly? UHD changed the box from non lenticular to lenticular specifically for media psychos because of all the whining members? Well that's just great. 

 

I'm glad they are willing to listen to feedback but this was a mistake imo. 

 

Any way to buy the China version with no lenti instead?

The lenti wont be attached onto the box. 

The box has uv print on them already and will be a waste to paste a lenti over.

 

UC will do an additional lenti just for us.

The truth is, this item will sell out even if those who don't like the art chose not to buy. But UC hopes to showcase their gratitude for everyone here.

 

Guys, just always remember ... you are entitled to your opinion but always say out nicely. It doesn't kill or hurt you to type more pleasant messages. 

Many people are reading, including the retailers. Not everything you say (nastilym I may add) is a constructive criticism. Many times, some members say extremely degrading comments and it hurts those who spent time and effort to produce the product. 

 

From my perspective, I think UC has done well and I am proud with the decisions made.

I designed and made these coins ... so, the criticism should come to me. 

 

Let those who like this edition continue to appreciate all the hardwork put into making the set 🙇‍♂️

The coin is meant for members who participated in the GB. As far as I know, no decisions have been made about what to do if we have any remaining stock.
