  1. I’ll take a look later on 👍🏻. Have had a lot going on recently and had to sell a load of my collection.
  2. This is the release I’ve waited the longest on ever. It does look good though!
  3. Yeah I knew Roger said it funny but it wouldn’t be in Marvin’s will like that. Just seen it on Etsy though and it’s spelt like that so that’ll be where they came from I guess.
  4. Half the world 😂? Fairly certain more than 1 in 2 people in the entire world couldn’t give a toss.
  5. Na it’s spot on. Need the o-ring lenti slip to go with the OG BluRay lenti slips. They’ll release another slip when they do the 4K release in the future I expect.
  6. Steelbook was getting some hate originally but I really like it. The colour is nice and rich.
  7. This was one I finally gave in and joined while drunk but couldn’t remember what I went for. Just checked and I’m glad to say old drunken me decided on the OC. So wise.
  8. I’ve read the challenge a couple of times and I’m still not sure what’s actually being asked? Bit hungover today but not seeing it!
  9. Challenge 27: 1: Death Note - Light Yagami - Vigilante 2: The Dark Knight - Vigilante 3: John Wick - Revenge 4: Law Abiding Citizen - Revenge 5: Gladiator - Revenge My favourite has to be Batman in the Dark Knight Trilogy with John Wick a close second. Death Note is class though.
  10. Challenge 26: Grease - Sandy - Olivia Newton-John American Psycho - Mary Harron Riding In Cars With Boys - Beverley Donofrio (apparently?) - Drew Barrymore The Terminator - Sarah Connor - Linda Hamilton Alien - Ripley - Sigourney Weaver Sarah Connor and Ripley are my favourite roles played by women I think. I mean there’s so many more but those are the two for me.
  11. Challenge 24: The Dark Knight - Best Supporting Actor - Heath Ledger…. Enough said. Blade Runner 2049 - Best Cinematography & Best Visual Effects. Terminator 2 - Won 4 but Best Sound and Best Visual Effects stand out! Interstellar - Best Visual Effects. The Matrix - Similar to T2, won 4 with Best Sound and Best Visual Effects stand outs and well deserved! In case it’s not obvious, I appear to put a lot in to visual effects 😄
  12. Challenge 23: My favourite genre is Sci-fi but fantasy isn’t far behind. The first film to really get me hooked was Terminator 2. Watched it pretty much every week as a 10 year old (too young?) Terminator Terminator 2 Return of the Jedi Blade Runner The Matrix Alien/s would be in there if I had a copy to hand!
  13. Couldn’t do the last 2 but will do this weeks. Now I’ve got a bit longer maybe I’ll have another go at the last 2. Thanks for the extension teacher @extantsrevenge
  14. There’s a chance this week might be the end of my streak… Need to do some digging but I’m not overly optimistic.
  15. This is to replace Unknown in the first picture. Definitely doesn’t have a 4K release!
  16. Edit: Scratch that. Will have to double check as I might have mixed one up.
  17. Challenge 20: Sooooo this one wasn’t that easy as I don’t have easy access to all DVDs. For the first part, it’s a mix of DVDs that don’t have Blu-ray releases and Blu-rays that don’t have 4K releases. I mean who doesn’t want Bubble Boy in 4K? Part two is also a mix of DVDs and Blu-rays that sadly don’t have Steelbook releases. I use the term sadly above very loosely as there’s a hundred other things I wish had Steelbooks ahead of some of these but this is what I had to hand to meet the criteria 😂
  18. Ah yes my bad. I’ve updated the post with the favourite decade.
  19. Challenge 19: 70s Grease 80s The Thing 90s Terminator 2 00s The Dark Knight 10s Bohemian Rhapsody 20s Tenet As for my favourite decade, It’s between 90s and 00s. Stupidly hard to choose but I think I’ll go for the 90s with T2 being the swing vote! As for challenge 20, I’m gonna have to do some digging.
  20. Yeah we haven’t seen too much of this elusive thing known as the sun around here recently. I bought the collectors edition of Dying Light 2 last year and it came with a UV torch. At the time I didn’t really know what use I’d have for it but it was quite cool so kept it. As soon as this arrived I knew what needed to be done!
