i look at it like this how many over coats can you wear at once so in theory we only need one edition RIGHT

 

Wrong cos obsession kicks in and then the Hubby looking at needing a patio and putting me under it .

 

The more editions we get the more chance we have of bagging what we like something for everyone .

I do currently only own one Hdzeta slip and when I’m all caught up I’ll probably own like 5 or less. LOTR is the only release of theirs I’ve been hyped for for the past year. They have some juicy stuff but as a whole, the DC spam isn’t up my alley taking up a lot of their Gold Label time

I prefer the look of the double lenti but went for the full-slip in the end. May have been answered already, but is there a reason why Manta went for only two editions with this release? Really hoping they don't make this a trend, I'm sure others like the trinkets but if it's to make more space for throwaway trinkets I hope they don't sub another release for them.

Not sure why exactly they only went with two slips but this isn’t the first time either. Releases such as Man of Steel & Logan both consisted of two slips. One a FS and the other a lenti.

I was thinking about this as I was dusting my shelves looking at their Man of Steel and Logan, to some extent the Revenant. I do wonder what the reason is for it, perhaps a licensing issue?

But it got me back to thinking of how well thought out the previous releases used to be in my opinion, compared to some newer releases - for example the Drive Full Slip and the Her Full Slip and OC box, looks like a Photoshop brush filter or just random paint marks applied to an image, really don't like them; very cheap and Deviantart looking.

As a guess I would say limited official art bear in mind multiple releases that does use art up.

Tbh I’m happy with quantity over quality really (as long as quality doesn’t get too bad) Maybe they decided to get faster turnarounds.

 i just checked with google and currently 8pm hong kong in uk time is 12 lunchtime 

 

you turn up at 1pm and you will miss out 👍

I think it was last summer that I tried to buy Dunkirk but I Googled the time and it was the wrong time, something to do with BST, not sure if it was at 1 or 12, one or the other, anyway, Google misled me that day.

Just wondering if as I’m somewhat of a GB newbie still (only have one under my belt so far) but I’m in the list for one of the copies, but when do we need to pay the deposits? Is it when we are Contacted? Worried just incase I miss out by doing something silly!
