A happy circumstance led to a friendly get together between Ken and myself at my place of work.

My dear Ken, it has been an absolute pleasure meeting you and being able to discuss the many joys of being part of the MP family!

One of the great things about media Psychos is not only everybody is so nice and chatty, people are always on hand and are forever helpful. 

 

As I've said in the past never did I once for a second think I'd make actual friends on here I just thought it was gonna be a place to secure premiums that I wanted. It's safe to say that was a wrong assumption as this weekend I have caught up with a guy who has become a friend, UK hub master himself @blu.steel33. A little time in the making but what a great weekend down visiting, top notch hospitality and an excellent time obviously trying out Carl's local boozers 😂😂 

 

We do it all again soon mate and next time the third musketeer will be joining in too @RileyLad 

 

From a personal standpoint this is what it's all about. On here you get the full experience, this is why I love this place. Securing these great editions and making friends for life, thanks again mate for a brilliant weekend. And to the big man @Masterblaster without you none of this would of been possible 😁💪

really nice to see this what life is all about, i personally have many online friends i have made over the years not just from world of steels books.

but many times i have just jumped in the car and gone a road trip to meet up and say hi for the day. one mate being in ipswich about 3 hr drive each way but leave early and its all good.

still friends will all of those people today and there familys. life's too short to not make that extra effort few hours in the car and meet up for the day.

 

the online world turns into real world is really cool and life is what you make of it in that regard. either you do or you don't.

and as @Robertm89 has said you make mates for life and its soo true, well done robert and i expect a follow up with the three of you now you have said this.

road trips are good fun as well. be nice to see others visits or road trips in the real world as well.

Being in Asia, I have the opportunity to meet with a few retailers. They are Mantalab, WeET and Budblu!

All are very down-to-earth and great people.

Hope to have a chance to visit our great retailers in China 😃

 

I am also very grateful for @DParadigm for making a small detour to dropby  Singapore to meet me !!

I don't think we took pictures, haha.

maybe a seperate thread @ksosk with a few photos of those retailers places and some of the people next time you visiting?

be nice to see the other side for a change. instead of what just turns up in our hands if they be happy for you to do that?

I do feel a bit of a cop out for not getting involved this weekend - Just had a rough run after Christmas- and the fact I’m balls deep in group buys!
 

But there will be a next time, and will finally meet the two great people I’ve been chatting too every day for so long now.

It's so cool being able to revive this topic after such a long period where social distancing has become an integral part of our lives.

It has taken a while, but I have finally received this long awaited visit from yet another very distinguished Psycho 😃
