When I preordered the steel I couldnt find sound info if the Zavvi release is also a 3 disc release like the german one, including part 2.

Should Zavvi not have included disc 3, then this release is the best option:

Train to Busan x Seoul Station (Plain Archive Triple Pack):
Train to Busan is  one of the best zombie movies ever in my opinion - by far! It's not only realistically done and super exciting, but also has a deeper level that makes the movie special. I definitely enjoyed watching it and I was looking for a nice edition for a long time. When I saw the triple pack of Plain, I had to hit it. I'll only be unpacking one of the fullslips, but I have to say that the edition is a great success. Especially the Glow in the Dark handprint on the Steelbook is something you rarely see. Really a top edition!
