It’s been a while. I was hoping to put pics up of my first OC, capt marvel, so I kept waiting. Usps forwarding office is taking her time (I secured a back up just in case and package was insured so no worries there). My stack of new arrivals is getting large so here is what I got over the past a couple months 😃 The first two are not steelbooks but I love historical fiction shows and years ago found Korean and Chinese historical shows. These are two of my favs and finally got them for physical Collection.

I was able to pre-order all 6 of the mondo ones on FNAC for home delivery to Phoenix, AZ. USA is etats-unis when doing the shipping address. They take zip code and city (no state) -
Oops I like to think I only get WEA premium 🤔. I did go for some WeET WWA, Spider-Man FFH and Alita. If they are a fav movie and like you said super nice slips I def fall haha. I figured out the CD is on a blu-ray disc. Works in my BD player attached to TV but not on the external DVD drive for my computer. WHYYYYYY ? Who puts music on a blu ray disc lol. I was hoping to import the soundtrack to my library (money saved). Oh well. The WEA steel is really why I spent the $$$

I really only get the premium stuff for WEA steelbooks....for now haha. Most of their releases have been WWA so no temptation for me. I really hope going forward with WEA they offer a FS, I'll even take a 1/4 slip. Blufans have had some amazing fullslips that I drool over so that missed opportunity tugs at my FS loving heart 🤣 Did u get the CD to work ? I'm having issues ::sigh:: (nm it is a blu ray disc CD...which means no importing on computer, that is um not that cool)

Arrived today! I’m not a lenti person (this one is super nice!) but that WEA of Frozen 2 finally got me and not a bad price. Plus I’m a soundtrack lover so I really like this idea of WEA (no movie discs) for older releases BUT please please Fanatics include full-slips in future releases and individual options !!! 🙏🏼 The MoS discs are a little uninspiring compared to previous releases. I have the others tho so I’m good.

I know this would never happen but imagining an OC set of ASM 1 FS and ASM2 FS, I would be soooo excited. They could do another OC set of the lentis too. If they get to do the Raimi trilogy I wonder how they would do it. I mean 6 addition OC seems like it would be a massive size to deal with in shipping. 🤔

I've been sick the past couple days and just woke up to this. I'm so sad : ( I hope he got the time with his family and friends and I just I don't know what to say. I had drifted away from the MCU for a long while until a friend asked me to go with him to see the premier for Black Panther (there were drummers from his country in this movie and was excited to see it) and Black Panther was what got me interested in the MCU again. He is why I went back and watched all the movies I skipped before Infinity Wars. I'm sadly not that shocked on the type of cancer. In the past 10 years, they have seen a large uptick of people under 50 getting diagnosed with Colon Cancer. This is why colonoscopy screening recommendations are in flux quite a bit lately, trying to figure out how to catch these cases in younger people in early stages. Had a friend lose her fight to it and my grandmother. So if you have a family history no matter your age, ask your Doctor if you need a colonoscopy (esp if you have even the smallest change in bowel movements)!!! (I actually need to schedule mine at 35 :/) -
Yeah I def like all the CGI in Raimi's trilogy. I remember loving Spidey 1 as a teenager and I think I didn't really love 2 so I dropped it after that. As an 30+ adult tho I like complexity and enjoyed 2 wayy more. Spidey 1 feels like the actors are sedated (esp Dunst and Maguire), I don't know if the studio wanted to play it safe and that's why it feels stilted compared to 2 and 3. Raimi's is def comic book campy and Webb's iteration has a little more realism I think. I like both so far. Maguire for me is mixed, I think he did much better in 2 and 3 but it still felt like he had resentment rolling off him when things went wrong (like he could go to the dark side any moment) I got an Anakin vibe I guess lol. I have not yet watched ASM 2 tho so we will see.
