I was lucky enough to snag that Catwoman edition of Batman one-click from CineMuseum last night as well as The Mask one-click.  
 

My order had been canceled due to a technical glitch, but I was able to complete it again.

I believe it's a single boxset containing a Batman slip and a Batman Returns slip. My understanding is that the picture you posted shows the front and back sides of the Catwoman boxset.
