Did not know that the US had an Indiana Jones Steelbook, but you should have gotten all 4 movies as UK Steelbook. They are glossy and have embossed titles 1f60a.png

 

I'm not a huge fan of the second 2 and I don't know what this 4th is you speak of. ?
