Let's see, I'm a flexible guy, and the important thing here is that things go well.

 

If necessary, and if you want more passengers, instead of a canoe we'll rent a boat. And we all go together.

Good afternoon everyone.

 

Today I went to see the re-release of "Star Wars Episode I - The Phantom Menace".

 

It was great to see it on a giant screen, with thunderous sound, very different from the cinema where I saw it on its premiere 25 years ago.

 

As for the film, it seems to me an underrated film. One day, justice will have to be done to Lucas.

 

There is more true Star Wars in it than in the whole of the third trilogy. 

 

Without Lucas it's not Star Wars, it's a spin-off; the force ends up being just another vulgar superpower. 

 

That last shot in which Yoda and Mace Windu doubt whether they have destroyed the (Sith) master or the apprentice, just before the camera - naughty, but solemn - shows us a shot of Palpatine.
It's gold.

Happy Monday All! I hope everyone had an amazing weekend! Our daughter had her Orchestra Solo and won 1st place on Violin in 6th grade, so we are so proud of her. Also, it was Free Comic Book Day on Saturday, so we took the kids to my Local Comic Shop for a fun time. My LCS doesn't play, free cookout and margaritas.
