Well... Yeah!!!... They had a year and a half to get it right for god sake!!... Hhahahaa... But even then... My DP2 was waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyy tooooo slow to arrive... It wasn't that "smooth" as you say... And also gave a frikin heart attack... The box was all banged up... 

 

Just to get an Idea...

I paid for my Blufans DP2 on Sep 18th 2020 and I received it on November 16th.

I paid for my ASM1&2 WeET on Sep 24th and I received it on October 9th... (Received a perfect box, NO Heart Attack)

 

As you can see... WeET is even faster taking "your" starting point of Payment. 

 

 

I just think you guys are making a huge deal here fon nothing at all... "A storm in a glass of water..."

My main concern is why do almost ”all” these retailers have to have our funds right away in a GB and then take neons to deliver 😠  (& lately universally have QC issues, that is even with just blus...  what’s the prob 🤔)

I think there is a "reasonable" time frame for Payment to Delivery process... And yes... The only one I think exceeds for a lot that frame is CM... I feel all other retailers do have a reasonable time frame...

Sorry @Parzivalbut you're wrong. If you only consider the time between payment to receiving, then almost all retailers are good with that with the exception of CMA and maybe UHD and blufans. And like @LeGonze said we haven't even paid for endgame yet so theyre nothing like CMA.

I guess even though I’m glad I’ll have many Premium editions from our GB’s, I just wish the invoices were further apart from each other (it is not the payments that bother me, it is having multiple invoices so close toward each other) it would be so much less stressful for me! 😏

Yeah that is why I’ve been going from a One-click or two editions to just the one edition I like the most (so this is helping me quite a lot in my future buys... sometimes unfortunate though, but it has to be this way for quite a long time from now on)! 😉

I would just like to say that although some of the criticism aimed at certain retailers is justifiable, dwelling on it for too long doesn't seem to be very constructive.

Although I didn't participate in any WeET GB and can't attest personally to any QC issues their releases may have had, one thing is certain and that is they are among the most (if not THE most) consistent companies when it comes to delivering beautiful and unique editions within a very reasonable timeframe... something that is all the more impressive considering the difficulties encountered by retailers due to the ongoing global pandemic. All this to say I think they deserve a little credit and consideration on our part as the positives far outweigh the negatives.

Also, please don't forget that our site is sometimes visited by the same people who run these companies. For these people, dealing with criticism is part of the game and they know it's unavoidable.

A Premium retailer (or any manufacturer of high end goods) will always accept criticism when it's done in a constructive and thoughtful manner - more often than not it will motivate him to do a better job and improve the areas that need improvement... not so much if all he reads are comments laced wth negativity and bitterness (there are other forums that specialize in this sort of activity).
