Bond has left active service. His peace is short-lived when his old friend Felix Leiter from the CIA turns up asking for help, leading Bond onto the trail of a mysterious villain armed with dangerous new technology.

 

 

 

UPDATE: Excellent Bond as this has become my fav in the series now. Daniel Craig is the Man! Beautiful open setting with the gorgeous scenery (which they should include more & more in every film!)!.. and love that Aston Martin… also the stunts were terrific❣️ WE NEED A STEEL PREMIUM!! 🙌 5/5

UPDATE: Jonathan Frid was a superb actor & Dark Shadows was not is only triumph as he had a long and distinguished career as a stage performer par excellence. He was also considered from his many co-actors to be a most kind & generous man. This is a fantastic disc of a most fascinating person, 5/5! 🙌

Started watching Uncharted with the wife last night, but the 4yo refused to sleep and we got a late start on the flick. We passed out with 40 minutes to go, so we’ll be finishing that tonight. Hopefully, anyway, if the kids allow it…

Good luck! Our 6yo is pretty fast to fall asleep, but the 4yo… Jesus… that kid’s a freaking night owl and responds to any movement. We gotta be real damn sure he’s actually asleep, otherwise he springs up like a damn Jack-in-the-box if we so much as breathe too deeply.

Last night I watched one of the gnarliest, most timely horror films I’ve seen in ages.
 

The Sadness is a Taiwanese zombie/infection thriller that makes train to busan look like a G rated kids film.  Way over the top practical effects bring the depraved lunacy to life.  
 

bleak as f u c k, not for the faint of heart and I loved every minute of it. 
 

the 4K disc looks amazing and it’s also streaming on shudder.  
 

horror fans - this one rips and keeps ripping.
