Contrary to rumour, I have not totally abandoned the purchasing of films outside of Anime and just been quite slow getting my act together on cataloguing and pic taking.

That said, I'd at least like to present a pic of a very eagerly anticipated edition from Plain Archive, that took over a month to arrive from shipping date.

I thought it a cool idea for them to place the booklet in a front pocket of the digipack.

Not sure whose Autographs I received but happy to get any as it is random, not a given, to include them (I have contacted others to discover who's I received)

 

edit: I've been told that it is quite rare for Korean TV series to make onto Blus with Eng subs and when they do, they usually cost well over $100 Usd, so my highest kudos to PA for providing this!

 

Tomorrow, after I charge my camera tonight, I'll upload a few more pics of other treasures received.

I thought I'd mention, I too am a fan of Vin Syn @scohenmarinetech and have a few noteworthy titles in my collection.

Did you (or others) purchase the incredible new release of "Flesh For Frankenstein" from them?

An amazing 3D gore-fest from the '70s that I was privileged enough to catch in 3D in the theatre on its release. 😍

It pairs lovingly with the Director's (Paul Morrissey) other fan fave "Blood For Dracula" that Severin just last year put out a spec ed Blu for. (both star Udo Keir at his best!)

 

I'll be sure to include both in my upload pics tomorrow. 😉

I did purchase Flesh For Frankenstein! I'm a subscriber, so I got it in my monthly package. I also acquired the Blood For Dracula release from Severin recently.

edit: Some folks think I'm crazy but I distinctly remember seeing Blood For Dracula in 3D as well as Flesh for Frankenstein but apparently it was not filmed in 3d hence the reason a 3D disc was not provided. It's been damn near impossible for me to discover proof that it was displayed in 3D but I KNOW I saw it that way!

Curses, any info others may have to prove it happened would be an ease on my senile old mind...
