I agree that BvS is the odd one out, but it was the first one of the series they did. Obviously they decided to go Lenti from then on.

John Wick (Novamedia)
After I had to be content with the (also very nice) Amaray slips from Nova for a long time, I have now found my favourite steel, at least from the first part 😍 I have always been sceptical about O-rings, but I have to say: This is really one of the most impressive 3D lentis I have seen so far! The way Keanu holds his gun in your face is almost frightening 😂 I also like the motif itself, because you can almost understand how John Wick's opponents must have felt in the movie - who in their last moments had the same sight as the viewer here 😉 I think the steel itself is generally well done, although I always prefer embossing to a glossy surface. So maybe one day the embossed Zavvi will be added for me, but until then I'm satisfied! Maybe I'll find the second one for an acceptable price, too.

 

The Pianist (KimchiDVD)
A very nice edition for an impressive film that one should watch more often. I have also been looking for it for a long time and now I found it for a good price. I was not disappointed, the slip is very nice and I'm glad that it also has such a nice steel in it. A good addition to the collection!
