SM Life is the Distributor for Disney in Korea... So every Disney release WeET does, comes through SM Life.

They may don't give permission to do it right now but may in futere they can. Like the other spidey movies. Nobody till weet have may done it. Future will tell but i see a lot of trouble coming to us collectors since it get harder to releases new things
