But then I saw Hamburger Hill next to it on the shelf and am having a re-think 🤔

 

 

Also, I watched Hereditary last night on Sky Movies. I'd heard good things and its been on my to watch list for ages....

I really enjoyed it, keeps ya guessing all the way through. Very well done and proberbly the most clever horror film I've seen in a while.

 

P.s Sorry I've been quiet on here this weekend... I had my Covid vaccine yesterday morning and been feeling a bit 🤢🤢

 

Back in the game now tho 💪💪

I´d go with The Gentlemen. Great, fast, big fun Ritchie movie. Liked it a lot!

Not seen that yet mate. Mainly as it's not been on Sky and also we didn't get a good steelbook release here in the UK I don't think 🤔

 

Wasn't their a really expensive group buy for a Japan steelbook tho...

My best friend who is also a movie nut like us said he really enjoyed Wrath of Man. Lately he has been disappointed with most of the movies he has seen, but this one gave him hope again for the rest of the movies to come.

I picked up the Japan steel mate but got a spare amaray ill post it down for you so you can check it out. It's bat stop using inappropriate language crazy right up my street 🤣

That's actually how I felt watching The Gentlemen.

 

I'd been watching a lot of films that were nominated for the 2020 Oscars last year, none of which quite 'hit the spot', so to speak.

 

Then this one came along and I was reminded that movies could still be fun/entertaining and well-made.
