I can't say the weather is getting much better down here in FL. Still the usual hot and humid but I'm trying to enjoy the rest of summer before I start teaching again on Monday. 

 

I think I might check out Jaws in IMAX today

Not here. I think I'm one of the few who didn't like that film.

 

Butler's performance aside, I found it overstuffed and just too long. I checked my watch several times just waiting for it to end. Odd framing device too.

Without being rude within reason everyone knows what roughly happened with elvis there have been soooooo many before this regardless how good he is I would not make time to watch it.

Seen the trailers and interviews on telly looks ok but tbh not my cup of tea as veum would say 🤣

It's the end of an era. She was a magnificent monarch.

 

It's a sad day indeed.
