Supper tonight;

- slow roasted smoked pork hocks (with a nice HOT German senf [mustard] )

- German style fried potatoes

- pickled cabbage, and

- corn on the cob

some lovely warm brochen (buns) with a dollop of garlic butter along the top while heating, to round it off and I've got a couple of bottles of Riesling wine chillin to wash it all down with.

Beers while cooking, of course...🙂
