I have actually submitted quite a bit of these titles to Diskino last year. Many are currently not possible. 

A lot of these old titles are either without any China disc distribution license or are banned.

The CM Art line uses WWA steelbooks. Like other retailers there is a separate series for WEA, in this case the CM Exclusive line.

Shipping cost is not known yet but should be the same as CM charges for shipping directly from their website. 
 

There is no WEA release planned for Batman.

there is one going on eBay already for preorder even though I thought that wasn’t allowed till it was in the collectors hand to put it up on eBay.
