Yes, fortunately I got it for an acceptable price.  Unfortunately, most of them go away for over 100€.

I have a slipcased release with that artwork but I think it works on the Steel much better, gratz buddy!

I'm also happy to see that sweet Hellboy Steel. A true classic. 🥰

I found the Cube steelbook in the Belgian Fnac. It has French text on the back, but that's ok, the art on the front is really gorgeous

The Hellboy release, together with Watchmand and To Kill a Mockingbird (oldest movie I have on steelbook now) I got from a steelbook sale on the Italian amazon

My tastes are very ecclectic! I love collecting older movies too and if they're released on steelbook all the better

I have really enjoyed almost all the movies you have shown.

 

And I'm one of the fans that loves to have very good editions or collector editions of important films in the history of cinema, the type and the time don't matter. I love being able to buy collector's editions of Kubrick films, for example. And in this case, I save as a gold my old beautiful green DVD edition of "Ghostbusters" 1&2, I'm very fond of him and still seems pretty; or a collector's edition on DVD of "L'avventura", by Antonioni, in a big black case  including inside a fabulous book by Taschen. Big and small jewels beyond today's blockbusters.

 

One day I have to take some photos of gems like this and upload them.

 

I have so many things to do and so little time to do it...

Ok, this is going to be a longer post again 😂 I have bought something again. 
 

Bad Boys 2 (Filmarena)
Bay Boys 2 is without a doubt the best popcorn action movie ever for me! Action - exaggerated but well done! Humor - full of stupid, cool sayings! Story - just enough to knit a movie out of it! I can watch the movie again and again, it's just great fun. I also think the edition is chic, especially the steel is a real eye-catcher (especially for a WWA). Therefore for me it is a great addition to the collection!

 

Moana (KimchiDVD)
I gave my opinion about the film itself a few weeks ago when I got the Vaiana FAC. However, at that time I already noted that I secretly squint at the KimchiDVD. The lenti is the same, but I like the original English title (translated: ocean) better. Live in hands I can now say that Kimchi has also succeeded better with the lenti. It is much sharper and has a much better 3D effect (you can see both especially in the area of Moana's feet and the carvings on Maui's weapon). Moreover, KimchiDVD also has a chic backcover at show, which is also refined with splendid surface effects. My edition lacks the PET slip, but maybe I'll get to it separately one day. Until then I'm glad to have got the edition and to be able to sell the Vaiana FAC again. 

 

In the Heart of the Sea (Filmarena)
Since I actually liked the film quite well (especially because of the immersive style) and I found the edition cheap, I just went for it. I haven't unpacked it yet, so I can only say something about the outward appearance. The briefs are really very chic - thanks to rainbow foil and light embossing. It definitely looks good and stands out from other editions. Visually, I found the FAC more appealing than the Black Barons - especially since I always liked front covers with a film scene that fit the theme much better than mere character pictures. I am curious about the inside when I unpack it. 

 

Spectre (KimchiDVD)
Again, unfortunately I can't say too many words about the edition, as I'm actually speculating on the Blufans. But since I think the movie is great and I wanted to have a nice edition of it, this one is now on the shelf for the time being. But it probably won't be unpacked, because sooner or later it will be replaced by said Blufans. 

 

Ghostbusters I+II / World War Z
Also two very beautiful steels from top films, which are particularly characterized by their embossing. Ghostbusters also stands out of course the rich blue tones, which are really well done! The backcover is a bit of a glitch, but since I think both movies are great, a nice edition was definitely part of the collection.
