Arrived Yesterday

Quick question. My OC arrived yesterday. The full slips look great 😁 and seem to be perfect but the lenti seems to have a slight Crack in it towards the bottom and some scratching which I didn't notice till I took the first layer of plastic off, who do I need to reach out to?

The lenti should have a extra layer of plastic on it. Dit you check if it this layer still on it??

I had this with the WeEt Venom 2 and Ant-Man and Wasp lentos and the extra layer was the cause of the weird scratches and creases

Yes that layer is still on seeing as I haven't opened it, only the plastic for the OC is what I removed. I attached a photo of the area I am concerned about, I don't want to open it completely if it can be determined that there is actual damage without removing the plastic. Running my finger over it, it does not feel flush with the rest of the lenti, where as the other spots seemed to be fine and be level.

Sounds good I will get those sent after I get home from the theater. Going to go watch dinos running amok in what seems to potentially be a terrible film.

WeET made the decision to add an extra layer to protect lenticular slips. Think it was on Ant-Man & Wasp lentis also?

Yeah about every lenticular from WeET I have gotten since they did this has come with few to no scratches on the lenticular (can't say the same for other comapnies).  For collectors who open releases this has been a very worthwhile protective layer.  I can see it being a little frustrating for sealed collectors as it sometimes looks like the extra layer is a scratch in the lenticular, but it usually is just a scratch or wrinkle on the plastic seal and is not actually on the lenticular.

I got my lenti but with a bonus hair  😂 At first I thought they were including actual spider web.
 

But upon checking it looks like someone’s hair must have fallen out during production. The hair looks it got glued under the lenti cardboard.
 

Not a very good picture but that’s what’s left of the hair after I pulled must of it. Some is still in the shrink wrap. I was afraid I was going tore off the shrink wrap. Being a sealed collector I almost panicked 😂
