Thats 2 separate things right? You need the link (1 item) and the screen shot (2nd item). The link is easy enough, 3 dots, share, copy link, paste link in your message, and select "display as link instead"

 

Take pics as a screenshot. Depending on your keyboard you may have a dedicated button to take screen shots or you may have to hold "Fn" and the screenshot button. The screenshot is auto-saved to your clipboard so you then go to your message thread and paste it (right click and paste or ctrl V)

Use a program that takes screenshots.. there’s  plenty of free ones out there…and

theres a post in thread how to copy links…
