Well gang The vets again today and Lavender joined Thistle Over the rainbow bridge .

Her heath went downhill today fast SO hard we had to do the right thing for her .

it's been a rough week I have to admit .

Hold the good times , remember the love and joy they bring and that is how we get to the other side of the pain .

Tomorrow is another day

To take your advice to heart, I just opened a can of baby clams for my own little beastie, as it is his fave treat of all time.

He is so like one that has been dumped up at my Mums

YES you all read right Dumped

Mum and sister live out in the countryside and vile individuals take no longer wanted pets up to the countryside and leave them .

Last summer a Black cat showed up out of no where anyway the whole village fed it and it started hanging around Mums and her 2 cats

this week it has almost gone in her house . less than a foot away from being like a mile away .

Loads of outbuildings to shelter in so we are all hoping in time it will go in and stay with Mum ,

Clams I may have to go and have a look next time i go shopping @Grendel see if that helps get this one past the threshold

Hi Ann;

My Beast LOVES any fish or seafood but canned baby clams and smoked salmon are his faves! 🥰

Note- both his eyes are fine, the flash does weird things with cat's eyes, heh.

We've had critters in my household since I was about 5 years old.

They of course bring so much joy and companionship to our lives for their far too short a stay.

It takes time of course to deal with their passing but great pics and loving memories help a great deal.

I've heard the Anime Hellsing called a LOT of things but never boring!

Not sure if you are thinking of the same show buddy...

Oh, and I've never heard of anyone successfully FORCE a cat to do anything....

I just wanted to take a quick moment and share an observation with you.

In just 10 minutes, I was able to notice 4 correlations betwixt items for SALE and items WANTED, in our classifieds.

No, I'm not naming names, as the owners would take a dim view of that.

Anyway, I just have a couple of friendly suggestions.

If anyone finds them worthwhile, don't be shy and share them with other Rooms. 🙂

MP Classifieds

Best Use:

- before you post, either a Wanted or a For Sale/Trade, check through the other posts to see if your item has been just recently listed

- be mindful of where you post and where you search.

There are 'categories' for specific editions; amaray, Steel, Special Eds, etc.

- that said, sometimes folk don't place posts where "you" think it should go, so it's advantageous to check more than one thread

- i.e. Fred posts a For Sale in "Special Eds" featuring Manta's Leather FS for Revenant. Suzy is looking for one but keeps checking the 'Steelbooks' thread only, 'cause it has a Steel in it.

- A Spec ed with a Steel, usually goes in Steelbooks. A Spec ed without a Steel usually goes in the Spec ed Thread.

- it's fine to post same request in two separate threads but that's about it. Spammers will be castigated...🤬

- the "Sub-categories Count" Block on right of main page, is not always 100% current. '0" isn't always "0"

If you really want to sell or buy something, be sure to go looking for them. If you Post and dash, it could be a long wait.

- be mindful of Post Titles, hard to change after posting if there's an error. Same goes in essence for post content as well.

- check everything twice before hitting that send button 🤔

- last, before logging off, cruise the Classifieds. I was able to see every post in about 10 minutes, tops. There could be just your desire, going up....NOW!
