I still regret that Clive Owen was not cast in the role after Brosnan quit as he would have made a fantastic Bond.

 

I think Cavill was let down by the DC series of films he was in and wasn't given time to showcase his talents as an actor.

 

I think he shows promise, especially when you look at his performance in Mission: Impossible - Fallout (my favourite performance of his) and The Witcher series. He can certainly act. He just needs the right script and director leading the way. I think he could either play the hero or the villain.

 

I think a lot of people have some great suggestions, but a part of me thinks the new Bond should be a relative unknown.

^^ I agree that Cavill is (imho) a very good actor but I don't think he's "Bond" material, simply because he's a bit too imposing physically, for the suave demeanor that Bond should notably present.

I agree with those that suggested Owen would have been a good choice but I think that ship has sailed.

I think Stratham could pull it off (especially the fight scenes) but he comes with a great deal of hype directed elsewhere, he would be confronted with.

Fassbender I also think could make for an interesting candidate.

Hardy is a possibility perhaps?

I'm spit-ballin' here though folks, just wanted to have a chance to get on this sub-forum's 1000th page before it turned, heh. 😉

Sorry, aber das geht nicht. Finde Bond muss ein Mann sein, sonst funktioniert es nicht.

 

Cavil, wie @R1s1ngs0n schon geschrieben hat, hat glaube ich nicht das nötige etwas für die Rolle.

 

Ich finde Tom Hardy ja ganz gut, aber in letzter Zeit finde ich sein Acting etwas over the Top, für Bond wäre er nichts für mich.

 

 

Fassbender ist ein sehr guter Actor, der auch verschiedenes kann, wäre eine Option, aber ich glaube wir werden einen recht unbekannten, wohl jüngeren Actor bekommen. Könnte mir vorstellen, dass sie Bonds Anfänge machen.

 

Bei Fassbender, fällt mir aber ein Bond Girl ein

 

Cumberbatch ist auch sehr gut, aber mit Marvel beschäftigt, den könnte ich mir als eine Art Roger Moore Bond vorstellen.

 

Wie schon geschrieben, ein zu bekannter Actor wird es denke ich nicht. Die wollen ja auch kein Geld auf den Tisch legen, Craig war jetzt am Ende ziemlich Teuer.

It was okay, a good adventure movie. But I will honestly watch any movie with her. She is so pretty
