I wonder when they will announce the German Steelbook, we still have no word on WW 1984 here and so many other releases are announced for UK and FR but here in Germany nothing. I don't want to order all the international stuff if these show up here (which was the case in the past) 😪

Bad art and no standard blu-rays, PASS! Might have been tempted if they had followed the French edition which is 4 discs. Will Wait and see what Manta, Blufans and HDzeta come up with for this one.

@psychoscot 4 discs you say? Ok, so 2x 4k for the movie, then a blu-ray and then ??? Any idea what the 4th disc is?

Maybe not Nils, I'll open it, and some of them don't have a German sound,

so I always have to buy the 4K editions as Amaray, another € 30, that's annoying

2 x 4K and 2 x BD. Looks like they are splitting the film onto 2 discs for both from what I know.

Yes, I read that they are doing that for the 4k disc. I wasn't sure if they would do the same for the BD. Maybe they will add some bonus features to the BDs as well. There are a few short ones on HBO Max but I'd like to see more if they exist.

they would have to split the discs isn't this a 4hr film from what i have read, so to keep the frame rates it would have to be the two.

HMV listed as 242 minutes so yes 4 hrs. Just watched the new cut and it’s framed as 4:3 ratio too. (Hope I got that right).

Basically 4:3 as it was intended for best display on IMAX screens which are taller than normal movie screens. One day I hope to be able to see it in IMAX 😀

I watched it on the weekend and to be honest i really didn't mind the Imax ration, i thought it was going to bother me more than it did. That said though the TV you watch it on will make a bit of a difference that's just my opinion :)

The tv definitely matters. I have a 75” so there was plenty of real estate left even with the black bars. Size does matter sometimes 👍🏻

According to this Filmarena is interested in doing a Hardbox of Zack Snyder's Justice League.

Oh, I would so want this. I have a special place for Filmarena, their being my first full slip purchase. I signed up for the hmv exclusive steelbook, but will definitely have to jump on this product, as well, whenever it comes out for a gb.
