quick question for you though was the glass plaque in your sliding around before you opened them? I know that was and still is one of the complaints about this particular line is the inside needing reinforcement due to the plaque busting through the thin inner packaging.

 

YES, the glass plaque broke through both the left and right sides of its compartment in Jaws, as well as the earlier sets (Nos. 1-4 in the Film Vault Range: Blade Runner • Goodfellas • Scarface • 1917). They really do need to find a way to reinforce the packaging in those places of each set.

agreed one can only hope refinements will come with upcoming releases. blade runner 1917 and space odyssey were fine but scarface goodfellas and apollo the plaque was knocking around. As @Heywoodmoutaw said I don't get too worked up about it but to tell the truth and shame the devil I like many others hope they address that.

I think its the 2020 version. Its also my first year as gold member here, but I could get some old cards by contacting @Masterblaster & @sobmaster. I really like them and cannot wait to get my first „personalized“ card this year. I also got some really nice MP coins.

Usually you get the cards with the Membership Tier. But you can buy leftover ones like me.

Ok, I promised to bust these bad boys out a couple of nights ago, I’m behind schedule.  And guys, I promise backgrounds/display will get better, we’re in the middle of (very slowly) moving.  First up (I know this is such a stereotypical thing for dudes who collect media, but man I love this movie):

Next up.  I have to be honest, I popped this one in for about 30 minutes and I’m a little underwhelmed by the 4K remaster.  Don’t get me wrong, I think it’s an upgrade over the blu, but there’s no comparing it with 2001.  Love the set, though.
