Also, if either of you have preference for the particular PQ/AQ of one or the other.?

Pretty extensive haul of wonderful Blus again @Veum! 🤩

 

I'm of course, excited to see those great PH/Indicator releases buddy. Some really cool, choices made.

One that I think needs a bit more love, is "Torture Garden".

It's a portmanteau, with Burgiss Meredith as the focal character.

The 3rd in the related shows "The Man Who Collected Poe" is especially one of my fave mysteries, with both Peter Cushing and Jack Palance providing stellar performances. 🥰

If you think we have a bit of an overzealous affinity for some of our Blu collections, well, Peter and Jack take collecting to a whole new level, heh.

All the others are great of course, also;

 

Happy to see the Lon Chaney Sr. epic "Phantom Of The Opera" in the mix as well buddy. 😀

The KL release is a little bare-bones but the PQ is pretty good at least.

I have found that  Sometimes the Steelbook can be a bit tight When replacing an amaray or Scanavo plastic case .. I did it with Arrow  the Thing .... and thats a bugger to get out ...  the cases in this sets slips are a nice snug Fit... so be careful...

With Conjuring 3 due out later this year or next, there’s certainly an opportunity for some retailer to do the complete “universe”. 
A box set of Conjurings. A box set of Annabelle and a box set picking up the others. (Nun, Curse of...) 

Sounds like a triple Box Set plus Mother Box job.

This is one of my all time favourite films and I don't think I'm exaggerating when I say this may be one of the best steelbooks I've seen. Not just in the design/artwork, but the story the images on the front and back convey when viewed together, as well as having John Coffey take centre stage on the front this time around.

Hi Folks;

I wanted to take a hot moment and display a wonderful treasure trove I received today from a good friend, @Veum;

These are the Halloween themed, glow-in-dark slipcovers on some of Universal's most prized Horror Icons, including;

- The Invisible Man

- The Wolfman

- The Mummy

- Bride Of Frankenstein, and

- The Phantom Of The Opera (Claude Rains vers)

 

The luminescence is really quite spectacular after significant exposure to light, and should look very cool at my next hosted Halloween party. 🧛‍♂️

Oh, I tried to take a slow exposure pic of the glow effect in a darkened room. My photo skills need more devoted time I guess.  🙃
