As a Bond fan I was always curious and maybe one of you can shed some light on the Vodka Martini myth.

Has any of you fine people ever drink it the way Bond does (if anyone asks me how he drinks it, I’ll kill him). If so, how would you ‘rate’ it?

Closest I ever got to a cocktail was a Blue Lagoon in the Mucky Duck ( = an Old Pub The Black Swan ) one Sunday night in Shirebrook 25 years  ago

Im not mad on ale but love lots of types of larger. Then like to finish a evening off with a neat bourbon 🥃 , Brandy being my favourite 

 

hate to sound girly but gins are in at the moment and down with the kids- Hendricks is the bomb - I don’t need no flavoured stuff

@Scary Hair - my sister in law drinks too much too and doesn’t look after herself properly. She is at a point where she needs to do something about it or it’s a slippery slope🙁. Also sorry to hear about what happened at Morrison’s and I hope you have landed on your feet at pets at home - lots of premiums need paying for 🤪. Lastly spiced Rum 👍 love a bit of Captain Morgan or Kraken👌
