pic one was when i heard it 

pic two was when to bed early at 9pm instead of ten and then tossed and turned upto about 1am could not sleep if i tried

pic three was when the alarm went off at 6am, i could have cried worse sleep ever.

and then i had to run wife to work before hand.😭

well first day back and all the muscles in my back hurt like you would not believe, like doing a massive run and then next day hurts where you did not know it hurts  

thats why this staying at home stuff has done me in a bit more than i realised lets hope. i get back in the swing off things and normality can come back.

but i have been working like a gooden today and the sweat was pouring off

COUNTRY MUSIC HALL OF FAME MEMBER CHARLIE DANIELS PASSES

Nashville, Tenn. (July 6, 2020) — Country music and southern rock legend Charlie Daniels has passed. The Country Music Hall of Fame and Grand Ole Opry member died this morning at Summit Medical Center in Hermitage, Tennessee. Doctors determined the cause of death was a hemorrhagic stroke. He was 83.
 
Funeral arrangements will be announced in the coming days.
 
About Charlie Daniels:
From his Dove Award-winning gospel albums to his genre-defining southern rock anthems and his CMA Award-winning country hits, few artists have left a more indelible mark on America's musical landscape than Charlie Daniels. An outspoken patriot, beloved mentor, and a true road warrior, Daniels parlayed his passion for music into a multi-platinum career and a platform to support the military, underprivileged children, and others in need. The Charlie Daniels Band has long populated radio with memorable hits and his signature song, "The Devil Went Down to Georgia." Over the course of his career, Daniels received numerous accolades, including his induction into the Country Music Hall of Fame, the Musicians Hall of Fame and becoming a member of the Grand Ole Opry. The Lentis do have a fantastic pop and depth . 

 

Some Nova titles lenti's are a little why did they bother ??

I’m not really a lenti fan, but I find some of them from Nova are stunning : John Wick, Reservoir Dogs, Kill Bill.

My favorite lenti come from Hdzeta, where the depth effect is just amazing 😊
