Often time when I wake up not feeling like myself a good fruit smoothie helps pick me up, or a cup of nuts & berries.

Yes love them, thing is I'm just soooo slow to wake up or get out of bed, that I just manage to brush my teeth and get my hair done before heading out 😅 Just at this moment I get berated by my boss for my stupidity about not having breakfast 😂

milk No NO NO  fruit yes love fruit AND ALL Nuts although SOME MAY CLASS THAT AS CANNIBALISM
