well if 12c is winter you like the current 26c here today 

but i dont want it too hot here not when we goto work in it.

buildings i work in are never air conditioned, even though is an air conditioning workshop they are too tight for that.  

funny thing is when gets too hot it shuts machines down we can't force them into heating once up at about 28c, this is self protection for units.

so few days a year we can't test, teach them the tight barstewards
