CM makes great products but yes they are super slow. Members need a lot of patience if they want to collect CM. The advantage of requesting in our GBs is that we hold off on invoicing as long as possible (for example CM Creepshow which is only now being invoiced and shipping to our hubs has already started). So payment to receipt time for members isn't too bad in most cases.
