No, I didn't forget.

 

I had to resolve an issue with regards to my bank account that left me unable to purchase anything.

its not on your end.  As Nils hinted, this is only open now to normal members.

 

Platinum and Gold members from this cycle (ending today) had already supposed to have had time.
