Apparently there is a flaw in 12 Monkeys, both the UHD and blu-ray. 20 seconds are out of sequence. May or may not be a big deal depending on one’s tolerance.

I'm moving in 2 days so I haven't been on the forums much. But this year has been atrocious for quality control throughout the industry. Now it's affected my beloved Arrow?!?

yeah, very disappointing. One of my favorite movies too. Warning, watch this and you will be pissed off!

Very bad! I love Arrow but man they screwed this up big time!

I forgot about the issues with Donnie Darko. I wasn't as affected because I have an Oppo 203, but they had to start a replacement program on it. I just read there's also an issue with Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer. Arrow, Shout Factory, Warner, Criterion etc. how hard is it to just hire someone to watch the movies before you press it? These companies have to be spending a fortune on re-pressing the discs on these botches.

Arrow also had problems with the demons reissue and sent out replacement discs.   Really unfortunate.  Even happened to criterion with their first 4K release citizen Kane.
