Direct comes straight from Manta to you. HUB goes from Manta to the USA HUB and then to you.

When you ship via HUB we can assist if there are issues from the retailer to the HUB and can offer premium/insured service from the HUB to you.

The automatic message you got don’t take into account our new process about adding member to the club. Please don’t pay attention to this part, I guess it would be changed soon for the next confirmation messages.

 

The next step (if not already done) would be to keep an eye on the GB info topic in the club (and follow it), that way you will be informed when payment is due and the link to the store is posted 🙂
