That's just amazing, it like hitting the lottery!

 

We made out very well on our old property & its the only reason we decided & were able to move. Payed 170k in 06 & it appraised and sold for over 300k in Dec. Pretty good for the middle of Missouri where almost no one wants to live, haha. House was coming up on 60 years old & it was one thing after another on repairs. We briefly entertained renting it, but ultimately cashed out. So we are overpaying a little on the new house, but its easier since as far as I'm concerned, someone overpaid for ours. The people who ended up buying ours had an escalator in their offer that basically said they would go 5k over whatever the best offer was. It really worked out pretty well besides this apt layover, haha.

It could cover it. There are actually new builds we are looking into as well. We are trying to keep all options open for sure.

@Basil SM Life doesn't usually receive the same kind of turn out as some of our other Group Buys. Not surprised the numbers are low for this one eventhough the movie is really good. Definitely deserving of a premium release.

I don't want it, but I watched it with my little boy and didn't hate it lol. I've still to this day never forgiven myself for buying Frozen 2 and haven't bought another animated since. The steelbook is lovely on it though 🤣🤣

I did the same after buying SM Life Onward. Great movie, but I had to stop and question myself for shelling out on something that was on Disney+ and would likely never be opened. Plus I was never about to try and back catalogue the rest of them, so that was me done on Disney animations.

Yeah I didn't mind Onward either. I dont mind watching them but don't feel like I need to own them lol
