I ordered Casino during the 1st round of offers from EB and received it a while ago.

I debated getting the EB or the CM one (or both) and elected to go with the EB release.

I think I made a wise choice as, though the CM release is very nice I think EB took it to the next level.

Quite happy with it.  🙂

not really, wife is getting her hair done that take her 4hrs, then she said she was going for a mooch up our local town around the shops so that be another 2 hrs odd.

so be a peaceful day for me at home. so maybe be bit of a film day i think.

done all the shopping today it was mad everyone is ripping stuff of the shelves stocking up because of the coronavirus and its toilet roll, hand cleaners, baby stuff and frozen is getting stripped bare.

they cant get that stuff in shops fast enough. but i was able to pick up what i needed but ended up going to 6 supermarkets just to get bare essentials.

boris did everyone a favour yesterday with we all going to die speech on telly sent everyone into a bit of a spin really at the shops

be glad when this is all done and we can all get back to normal really.

 

anyway best bit i havent got to deal with any of the shop panic anymore well not for a bit

I feel for me two lol, I wanna stay at home and watch films lol. Work in the Bookies mate, been Cheltenham this week so been busy. Do you like a bet or not a betting man ??

years and years ago used to do the ponies with a friend was a special type of bet cant remember what its called now though lol.

but these days no not really. more money for steels. at least we know where all your funds come for yours now

Yeah I hit the odd footy bet every now and then. Not so much any good on the horses. Close to a few shrewd punters form over the years so can get on there selections every now and then. But most 'tips' you get are 💩 lol.

@Basil Yeah its a mad house pretty much everywhere, just hope we all stay healthy. I have a brother who is a doctor in the USA, his department is the one strictly in charge of treating and caring for patients who have been confirmed positive and hes basically living at the hospital preparing for those who will start to come in and actually get tested.

This weekend will be mainly watching movies with the boss lady. I cant keep putting off the TV shows she enjoys, with no sports for me to watch we will be inevitably watching those TV shows lol. 

 

The massive dump of snow isnt helping things either, just a zoo outside right now.

well just ordered an older film from 1978 hooper with burt reynolds. mentioned a scene from that where horse does kaka in it. and she looked at me blankly and said she never seen that film thought to myself well thats reason enough right there.

 

also order cumberbatch in the current war @Scary Hair that might be your cup of tea ann.

I think everyone has read this by now and if they haven't,they should as it makes for very interesting reading .......  And have based my intended purchase on previously researched information regarding the subject of size and distance ...hence the choice of a 55" unit. ... I'm not the type to just go out and buy the first thing I see and always spend time on research before any major AV purchase ,

I've been a strong advocate of Panasonic for decades.

There may be others with more bells and whistles and there may be others with same specs for cheaper but for reliability, I have yet to be disappointed in their products, of which I have a few.

well good morning everyone hope everyone is having a peaceful day today and not having to go do shopping, my wife this morning tells me we low on bread and milk and need some washing up liquid as well.

bearing in mind was shopping yesterday and she provides me with a list and forgot to put on 

anyway in there at 8am before all starts kicking off but was alot busier than usual.
