When I was young me & my grandmother had an interesting & hilarious time watching this movie. It’s a memory burned in my brain 🤣 & the only reason I used it. You’re right though it’s a movie that honestly doesn’t need to ever be mentioned.

There’s nothing wrong with that memory, sounds like a nice one. But I remember my friend, and I would always go to the store and grab some beers, and try to find the worst movies we could to watch as a laugh. He was a Sean Connery fan so we picked this up. Man it was horrible, we could not stop laughing at how bad it was.

For some icons, even the word 'legend' doesn't do justice. Although the writing was on the wall due to his advanced age and rumors of poor health, I am truly heartbroken upon learning of Sir Sean Connery's passing.

He was my childhood idol and my admiration for him only increased as I grew older. For me he epitomazed the ideal male hero: incredibly handsome, stylish, suave and effortlessly cool.

The Bond franchise in its genesis was the labor of love of a talented and passionate group of people but its enduring success is undoubtly owed in large part to the great Scotsman's unrivaled performance as silver screen's most famous spy; for there can never be any doubt that he IS James Bond!

After a remarkable career which included starring roles in movies helmed by filmmakers such as Alfred Hitchcock, John Huston, Sidney Lumet, Steven Spielberg and Brian De Palma, Sir Sean decided to retire from acting and he did it on his own terms, realizing Hollywood had nothing of artistic value to offer him and prefering to spend time with his family.

 

Farewell beloved legend, you will never be forgotten.

Ah, man that sucks. James Bond films were a huge part of my upbringing. Until Daniel Craig came along I would always say the best James Bond, IMO, was Sean Connery.  He was the Gold standard of any secret agent. And the best villain name he ever came across was: stop using inappropriate language galore! Good bye olé friend.
