Alas, I don't think there'd be significant interest in the NA or GB/EU markets due to the vast array of releases we have had available in the past.

Of course, Hard-Core Godfather enthusiasts will grab it (rightfully so by the looks of it) but for some of us, 4 different editions is enough...😉

 

Were I so inclined, I'd order this in a heartbeat. 🙂 Thanks again @cypheria078 for grabbing this info.

 

edit: dang, meant to query, Is M&K Sound now getting fully into the premium market? I know they have some previous releases but titles escape me right now.

I'll check my files later.

I don't need it, I already own the Blufans release (same Steelbook), but as you said, Hard-Core Godfather fans could be interested in 😉

edit: I don't know if they'd have the cajones to do a box set similar to the HDZ Bats Box but

I'm in for this. Got the Restoration trilogy, the UK steel and both Blufans editions but the heck, I got over 25 different editions for John Wick Part 1, and over 50 different editions for the whole JW franchise.... So 4 editions for the Godfather trilogy is not too much I guess

I CAN CONFIRM that UC has stock for the outer box and steelbook (no cards/booklet/poker cards).

It will be sold via MP exclusively but I still have no clear instructions how UC intend to use these items.

 

If you want to save on the money needed to pay for this item, maybe you can hold out until UC put out with the 4K disc?

Yes, good guess! I didn't want to steal @ksosk's thunder. I'm waiting for the new UHD Club edition too. Same great outer box and steel, but with 4k discs and new goodies? Woohoo, I'm sold! 😃

When I saw the photographs I began to suffer because there are few copies for sale, and I didn't want to spend that amount this days.

 

I was relieved to know that there will be an even better edition than this. 

 

I will wait more calm.

 

And it's funny, because some of you think that there were enough editions of "The Godfather"...., but I personally always had the feeling that a really good one was still needed.

 

Something special, that in addition to bringing goodies, looks solemn, monumental, above trends and inertias. Above the passing of time.

 

Like The Godfather himself.
