Hello fellow friends!

 

My name is Aim taken from my discord and other platforms I have used this name on. I have always loved steelbooks for their unique look and ability to make even the oldest movies have a fresh new sleek look. I found out about MP from the /r/Steelbooks discord as members on there were talking about it and I had no idea what it was and they pointed me in this direction. I am from the US and don't have a set location currently as I'm in the military and they love to move me around. Unfortunately I am going on deployment soon, most likely within the next month so I won't be here long until I have to go inactive. But on the bright side when I get back I'll have a bank full of cash and will be able to finally start my long awaited steelbook collection. Can't wait to see all the new releases and GB that I will be able to participate in and couldn't be happier to be part of a community with such like minded individuals.

Hobby(s): Anything technology related, gaming, Movies (duh)

 I’m a collector too that started w/Best Buy/Target exclusives that really got me into the Premium editions (I started way back though  & gradually upgraded from VHS to DVD to BD to 4K oh my 🤣). then I was fortunate to find out about this terrific forum MP from another forum I followed & MP took over my #1 place since March ‘19 hey 👋

I also really enjoyed Altered Carbon, the first season had a fantastic cyberpunk feel to it. I still need to watch season 2 though.

I’m scared to watch season 2 as I heard it was horrendous and nowhere near as good as season 1 nor did it follow the book really well.

How’d you like season 2? Do you think I should watch it? Or just skip it?

In my opinion, the second season is losing with the passing of the chapters. I liked the first chapter a lot, then it kind of goes downhill a bit. All the cyberpunk spirit is gradually being lost.😔

 

If you are a big fan, maybe it is better not to see it so as not to disappoint you.
