Jas is 19 now and the pressure compared to what I had growing up is insane .

 

 

Just be open and  let them know THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL INSIDE AND OUT .

 

Cosmetic surgery has a place for reconstructive  purposes .

 

I saw a documentary once on a Harley Street cosmetic surgeon with High paying clients . Almost turned it off .

 

He used some of the profits from his practice to go to developing countries to do facial reconstruction for free .

 

They had the local Medical staff watch to learn what to do going forward .

 

Like a cleft palate that herein the U.K is delt with within 3 months  . these Patients at the pop up clinics  some where adults  and his team made it so they could at least eat .

 

Yep let the sad peeps keep paying so they can help in that way .
