good afternoon folks, hope everyone is well. i have been busy this afternoom clearing out dining room give it a bloody good hoover also moving shoes racks of wall and clearing out the hall so can take delivery tommorrow of my new treadmill.

lets hope it all turns up in minty mint condition and no issues. and hope to have it all together swifty if they turn up in morning so can start shift the excess quicker

well doing well i have lost 22lbs in about 3-4 weeks or in english 1st and 8lbs just with food changes, so i am pleased so far

so another 2 stone 6lbs to go, for where i want to be myself goto set target high or whats the point!

 

hows everyone else doing?

bbc radio 2 nations  no.1 radio station but granted that is complete boyband stuff.

good job i was on the money, i needed to get out there today sharpish but achieved what i needed to so ready to rock and roll monday.
