Recently received Halloween Kills German steelbook, and it is full gloss.  Avoided Ebay prices of the Best Buy version.  It is still stunning that the Best Buy one sells for such high prices (although I am sure this German one probably wont be cheap now either).  Scalpers were licking their chops.

Thanks buddy! Yeah I’m with you on the VS editions. Best boutique label in my opinion. The Slips are always top notch. I haven’t watched Dracula sucks yet, but as a youngster I watched All American Murder on HBO a lot. I decided to watch it again last night and I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the HD restoration is. Better than I have ever seen it look.

Yeah same for me with OCs, don't have the money nor the space 😃 This whole ordeal was, what I suppose you would call a happy accident (although my wallet doesn't find it very amusing). I had been contemplating getting the Kimchi release on multiple occasion but then information about a potential Manta release started to float around so I though I would hold off. And sure enough one day I get the email that the GB was open and immediately rushed in to fill the form without paying any attention to anything else. But alas, in the excitement of getting a good spot I realised that it was an early sign-up for the OC 😅 Fast forward to the beauty shots being released and I was actually quite happy to have gotten the OC as I feel like the artwork on it captures the mood of the film much better than any of the singles.

 

With that being said, I think you'll be very happy with the DL, had I not already signed up for the OC that's the one I would've got, and having now seen it in person I still think it's best one of the bunch

You almost got it, it's the Nordic countries, people from Norway are Norwegian 😃

 

And no, unfortunately I don't live in a particularly beautiful part. I live in the south in the capital region which, apart from a few cities further north, is pretty much the only place with somewhat large cities. Although, Finland being a sparsely populated as it is, there is nature pretty much everywhere and I'm lucky enough to live only a few hundred meters from the sea and the seafront is very pretty indeed. But like most people in Finland, we have a summer cottage a couple hundred kilometers up north, which is surrounded by lakes and forest, and it's very beautiful up there.

This is made by SD Toys. Because I can be a bargain hunter, the cheapest for me, oddly, was in Spain. A place called TechInn and roughly £50 posted. Sadly OOS there now,  but there will be online stores in the US if not AUS that have it I’m sure. I think more are being made as it’s a preorder Here. Frankly the finish isn’t that great, but it’s so cool I can get by that! 🦈
