Thought I'd share my Star Wars Trilogy custom amaray. I "designed" & printed this myself a couple winters ago. This houses my custom-made Blu-ray copies of the 4K77, ESB Despecialized, and 4K83 restoration projects. Not a professional job by any means—it's rough around the edges, and the dimensions are a little off, but it at least dresses it up a little bit. I used photo paper for the inserts, and printable BD's for the discs. Check it out!

 

 

 

 

I based the overall style on the "faces" VHS/LaserDisc motif (pictured below); plenty before me have done similar, so I was inspired by what I found online and thought I'd do my own spin on it. I have a soft spot for those releases because they were my first exposure to the original trilogy as a kid. I also really like the minimalist look. If I had to do it again, I'd probably find a new image for the inside insert, it's a little too repetitive with A New Hope's disc art.

I like to see your work time to time @CAYENNE-FAHRER, good job !

 

Have you considered to try embossing, debossing and Spot UV printing or you stay with glossy,  matte ? I tried to find printer to do these effects but no result, the only few I found are only for business, 500 copies minimum etc ... Doing just a little Spot UV on the spine for the title add a lot to the design in my opinion.
