So I'm just watching the first film and my disc is stuttering/glitching badly around the 1:04:00 mark. Is my disc faulty and what can I do about this? Thanks

Honestly? Go buy the amaray, it'll be faster, cheaper and simpler seeing as I very much doubt you're gonna get anywhere with a faulty disc through UC.

Ah I see. So just toss this faulty disc in the bin and buy another one. Kinda sucks how much we pay for these and this ends up happening.

Contact/PM the member of staff in charge of the GB. See if MP can get you a replacement disc from UHD. Hopefully they will have some spare. 

Is the disc label specific to the UHD release? i.e. their own label on it? If so, then just shoving a UK disc in would bother me. 

Worth a try anyway.

The members of staff running the GB are usually listed in the OP of the GB I & Q. 
Whoever it is would still probably just contact KS. So, in the end you might as well just wait for him to reply. I’m sure he will get round to it asap.

Why do you think that'd be so shocking? If you could just waltz into the nearest store to make the swap then sure, but that's hardly the case is it?
