Since the lockdowns, there´s a tendency here to get homes/houses  in the countryside, since people in

cities became aware of how much higher the living/recreation value is there.

Similar case here with regards to people purchasing homes/properties further inland away from big city areas, which are getting increasingly expensive. 

 

However, most of the employment and recreational opportunities (especially if you're into the partying, bar/clubbing scene) reside within these big city areas.
